Pistachio Rose Cake

Pistachio sponge with rose cream, AED 196 for the 7 inch. The two flavours belong together and this is the cake people order when they want something that tastes of somewhere.

Why you’ll love it

Pistachio and rose. The pairing does most of the work. Floral, nutty, and not sweet in the way a chocolate cake is sweet.

Two sizes. The 7 inch serves six to seven, the 9 inch serves ten to twelve.
