Shipping policy

Everything is made fresh in our Abu Dhabi kitchen and hand-delivered. We do not use a courier network, which is why we can promise it arrives in one piece.

Delivery charges

• Abu Dhabi: AED 55, free on orders over AED 350
• Rest of the UAE: AED 65, free on orders over AED 400

When we deliver

• Abu Dhabi: you choose a three hour window at checkout.
• Other Emirates: between 1pm and 9pm on your chosen date. We cannot narrow this window as standard.
• Collection from our kitchen: 9am to 10pm, seven days a week, at Khalidiyah Street, Al Hisn, Abu Dhabi.

Guaranteed timing outside Abu Dhabi

If you need a delivery outside Abu Dhabi to arrive at a specific time rather than inside the 1pm to 9pm window, we can arrange a dedicated vehicle for AED 300. Message us before you order and we will set it up.

How much notice we need

• Same-day in Abu Dhabi: order before 3pm, subject to what is in the kitchen that day.
• Next day to the other Emirates.
• Customized items and dragee orders: three days.

Earlier is always better, particularly around Eid, Ramadan and the December holidays.

On the day

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address you gave us, and that the phone number on the order is reachable. If our driver cannot reach you and has to return with the order, we cannot remake it free of charge.

Once your order is delivered, refrigerate it straight away unless the item says otherwise.
