Send us an inquiry through our website or via Whatapp, providing us details about your celebration and cake requirements. Please feel free to send us photos for us to use as inspiration. This is typically enough for us to send you a quotation, but for complex designs, we may opt to schedule an online consultation to discuss your requirements.
01. Inquiry & Consultation
Based on size, design elements, and serving size, we will provide you a quotation for your order. Customers without a specific budget will receive a quotation after detailing their preferences. Full payment through bank transfer or online payment link is required to confirm your order. Changes or cancellations are not permitted after confirmation. You may request to postpone with at least a 3-day notice.
02. Quotation & Booking
Once the order is confirmed, we start the meticulous production process, ensuring attention to detail and creativity in every step. We emphasize WhatsApp communication for efficiency, advising customers not to message us on Instagram due to the volume of messages. We typically will not send production photos to our clients. We trust our creative process and aim to surprise our customers with the final result.
03. Production & Communication
Once your cake is finished, we'll confirm delivery details with you one more time. Our standard UAE-wide delivery time frame is between 2 pm to 9 pm. All of our orders are delivered in a chilled van for your safety and security. For an additional charge, you can choose a specific delivery time on the day of your celebration.
